7-Day Return Policy

At Glenova we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our PPE products, clothing, and detergents. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving them.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, seals, and manuals are still intact.

  • You have the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn PPE (e.g., gloves, masks, safety boots, overalls).

  • Opened or used detergents or chemicals.

  • Custom-branded or special-order products.

  • Items damaged due to incorrect use or negligence.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will confirm whether the item qualifies.

  4. You may drop off the item at our store or send it via courier (courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty).

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • You may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • If the product is rejected (due to use, damage, or missing packaging), we will notify you immediately.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will replace it at no cost to you once verified.
